Head of Finance Business Partnering (FPA)

About the role

This newly created senior position will lead a company‑wide finance transformation, focusing on the Finance Business Partnering (FPA) function. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will manage a team of 15‑20 analysts and drive strategic financial initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transformation agenda for the Finance/FPA organisation, elevating the Business Partnering function.
• Partner with Business Unit heads to identify opportunities, deliver actionable insights, and support decision‑making.
• Own strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Engage senior leadership on business strategy, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and develop a high‑performing team of analysts.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a dedicated FPA or Commercial Finance Business Partnering leadership role.
• Proven experience in complex, highly matrixed organisations, preferably within the technology services sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated team‑management experience.
