Head of Fleet Operations

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Fleet Operations to lead end‑to‑end First Mile, Last Mile, and Linehaul fleet activities. You will be responsible for ensuring service level agreements, cost efficiency, and productivity targets are consistently met across our Singapore operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all fleet operations, including First Mile, Last Mile, and Linehaul, to achieve SLA, cost, and productivity goals.
• Manage on‑ground execution across fleet teams, supervising Fleet Supervisors and in‑house drivers.
• Coordinate with vendors and external transport partners, ensuring performance compliance and adherence to operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and sustainably scale operations.
• Enforce operational discipline through SOP compliance, performance management, and penalty frameworks.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, fleet, last‑mile, or large‑scale operations management.
• Proven experience managing on‑ground operational teams and external vendors/3PLs.
• Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Demonstrated track record in process improvement, cost optimisation, and operational scaling.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
