Head of Human Resources (HR Director) – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Director / Head of HR to drive our client’s international expansion and support the upcoming listing journey. This senior leadership position will shape HR strategy, build high‑performing teams across multiple markets, and ensure the organisation is ready for a public offering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall HR strategy, organisational development and talent management.
• Partner closely with founders and senior management on organisational structure, leadership, performance and key talent decisions.
• Build and manage international teams across China, Singapore and other markets.
• Improve performance management, compensation, incentives and succession planning.
• Strengthen HR governance, policies and organisational readiness for the company’s listing.

Required profile

• 12+ years of HR experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven experience in international companies with strong cross‑cultural management capability.
• Ability to work effectively with founders while managing international stakeholders and teams.
• Strong background in organisation design, talent, performance and compensation.
• Technology, FinTech, Web3 or financial services background preferred.
• Experience in a listed company, IPO preparation or pre‑IPO transformation is highly preferred.
