Head of Project Logistics & Sales – Project Cargo & Heavy Lift

About the role

The Head of Project Logistics & Sales will lead the development and execution of logistics solutions for large‑scale projects across Southeast Asia. This senior position combines sales leadership with end‑to‑end project logistics management, focusing on project cargo, breakbulk, heavy lift, oversized cargo and multimodal transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in construction, data‑centre, heavy machinery and related sectors.
• Lead assigned projects from concept through client hand‑over, ensuring schedule adherence and cost control.
• Coordinate vendor activities, manage project schedules and implement precise cost‑tracking structures.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to design efficient, cost‑effective logistics solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and logistics partners.
• Prepare competitive quotations, tenders and logistics proposals tailored to customer requirements.
• Analyse industry trends, competitor positioning and customer behaviour to capture new opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and analytics to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proven experience selling project cargo, breakbulk, heavy lift, oversized cargo and multimodal transportation solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
