Healthcare Quality Assurance Associate Manager

About the role

The Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Associate Manager is responsible for communicating quality policies, ensuring compliance across multiple facilities, and maintaining the overall healthcare quality management system. This role works closely with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to uphold global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with internal groups (Operations, Engineering, Business Development, IT) to resolve healthcare compliance issues.
• Review and approve global SOPs, client work instructions, and regulatory documentation.
• Train QA personnel and internal clients on SOPs and regulatory topics.
• Participate in internal, client, and agency audits; follow up on audit outcomes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of healthcare quality and regulatory requirements.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with changes and product transportation.
• Oversee multiple facilities and supervise QA specialists.
• Write and revise SOPs, conduct random process adherence audits, and manage document control activities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead self or a team in a compliance‑focused environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience reviewing and implementing SOPs and managing audit processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients, internal groups, and agencies.
