Homecare Staff Nurse – 5 Days Office Hours/On‑call

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Homecare Staff Nurse to provide safe, competent and individualized nursing care for patients in a home setting. The role involves a regular five‑day office schedule with on‑call responsibilities, supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality palliative care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care including medication administration and wound dressing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatment, and monitoring.
• Uphold infection control standards and manage drug and medical supply storage.
• Allocate equipment and resources to meet patient care requirements.
• Collaborate with therapists and other professionals to update care plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement in the work area.
• Ensure confidentiality and a safe, organized patient environment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing and registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 2 years of registered nurse experience, preferably in a hospital or hospice.
• Strong sense of responsibility, patient‑centred attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team delivering palliative care.
