Hostess / Waitress / Waiter – Restaurant & Bar

About the role

Join the restaurant team at Mondrian Singapore as a Hostess, Waitress or Waiter. You will provide friendly, courteous and professional service to guests in a dynamic dining environment, ensuring every visit is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, maintaining a diplomatic and welcoming attitude at all times.
• Accurately record reservation details and prepare table allocations before each service.
• Set, clear and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness of tables, chairs, floors and service stations.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests following company procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all menu items and promote upselling opportunities.
• Supervise and guide serving staff, performing supervisory duties on a regular basis.
• Handle cash floats, process payments and record any voids or discrepancies.
• Manage supplies, equipment and overtime to stay within budgeted costs.
• Liaise with the Head Chef, Reception and Management to address guest requirements and complaints.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and compile a daily management report.
