HR Assistant

About the role

The HR Assistant provides essential support to the Human Resources function, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and compliance with statutory requirements. This role works closely with internal teams, external vendors, and foreign employees to maintain accurate records and facilitate administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Post recruitment advertisements and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage office sundry purchases and handle payroll administration.
• Assist in employment contract renewals and coordinate medical arrangements for foreign employees, including work‑pass medical checks and vaccinations.
• Maintain complete, up‑to‑date, accurate, and accessible employee records.
• Support the planning of social and recreational activities to promote employee welfare.
• Perform HR data entry for employee information, training records, and related documentation.
• Manage and route phone calls appropriately.
• Assist with work‑pass applications and other immigration‑related tasks.
• Prepare and submit surveys to government bodies and statutory boards.
