HR Associate, Infrastructure

About the role

The HR Associate will support the Infrastructure team’s talent needs, employee experience and operational excellence across the regional footprint. This role blends recruitment, engagement and HR operations to ensure a high‑quality, inclusive workplace for internal business units.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers in the Infrastructure team to understand hiring needs and manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Plan and deliver employee engagement initiatives such as team‑bonding activities, town‑halls and recognition events, and create internal communications to support HR programmes.
• Oversee HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transitions, exits and serve as the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Collaborate with regional HR counterparts to ensure accurate headcount execution and support AI‑driven process improvements and ad‑hoc HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• At least 1 year of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
• Prior exposure to Internet, telecommunications or IT environments is a plus.
• Strong ownership, structured thinking, multitasking and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for people and culture.
