HR Associate Programme – 2-year Rotational

About the role

The Keppel Associate Programme is a two‑year rotational development journey within the Human Resources function of Keppel, a global asset manager headquartered in Singapore. Participants will rotate through at least two HR specialties, gaining hands‑on experience, commercial exposure and a professional network across Keppel’s worldwide businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple HR functions such as Business HR, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Early Careers, Talent Management, and HR Governance.
• Support global HR operations and stakeholder engagement across Keppel’s businesses.
• Contribute to stretch projects that accelerate personal and professional development.
• Build a deep understanding of the company’s people strategy and operational processes.
• Develop technical HR knowledge and analytical capabilities.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Human Resources, Arts, Economics, Psychology or Social Sciences.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Passion for organisational and people development.
• Alignment with Keppel’s core values.
