HR Executive (Full Spectrum) – Singapore

About the role

The company, an engineering solutions provider, is seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage end‑to‑end HR functions for its Singapore office. You will be the sole HR point of contact, supporting a small‑team environment and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and benefits administration.
• Coordinate full recruitment cycles: job posting, screening, interviewing and selection.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR database and documentation.
• Oversee onboarding, off‑boarding, attendance, leave administration and employment contracts.
• Support manpower planning, performance appraisal cycles and performance improvement plans.
• Administer employee benefits, statutory requirements and government grant applications.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Organise staff welfare initiatives and act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Review and update HR policies, support audits and manage disciplinary matters confidentially.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a small or medium‑sized company.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.
