HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and benefits, while ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing HR operations. This role combines administrative precision with a focus on employee experience and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Process new‑hire documentation, system access, benefits enrollment, and coordinate payroll.
• Design and deliver orientation programs, creating onboarding materials based on feedback.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and regular updates.
• Manage the full lifecycle of work passes, including applications, renewals, and compliance with regulations.
• Audit internal HR platforms to ensure data integrity for payroll and reporting.
• Enhance workplace satisfaction through team‑building events, engagement initiatives, and morale surveys.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end mobility assignments.
• Support ad‑hoc HR projects and general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, work‑pass regulations, and labour law.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented, and able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
