Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives and support a dynamic, fast‑paced workforce across its global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that improve workforce efficiency.
• Support workforce planning for peak seasons, labour shortages and retention challenges.
• Analyse HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism and productivity to drive data‑based decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to maintain a pipeline of skilled workers.
• Develop and execute talent attraction, retention and leadership development programs.
• Advise on employee relations, grievances and performance management.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
• Guide managers on performance evaluations, goal setting and compensation structures.
• Support change initiatives, organisational restructuring and HR digital transformation, including HRIS adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR advisory role.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and influence decision‑making.
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations and performance management.
• Ability to work closely with senior leaders and drive organisational change.
