HVAC Mechanical Services Associate Technician

About the role

Johnson Controls is seeking a motivated HVAC Mechanical Services Associate Technician to join its service team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and commissioning of heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems for a variety of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspection of HVAC equipment.
• Overhaul, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems to resolve malfunctions.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed or repaired units.
• Maintain accurate service reports, equipment status, and maintenance schedules.
• Communicate with clients, provide technical support, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support proposal preparation, quotation drafting, and upselling opportunities.

Required profile

• O Level / A Level / ITE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics and produce clear service reports.
• Strong communication skills in the local language (reading, writing, speaking).
• Valid driving licence and willingness to be on standby.
