HVAC Specification Sales Engineer (Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HVAC Specification Sales Engineer to support M&E consultants during the design stage. The role involves providing budgetary air‑conditioning quotations, guiding product selection, and converting leads into sales through strong technical and consultative support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgetary air‑conditioning quotations for project bids.
• Maintain continuous follow‑up with M&E consultants from quotation to sales conversion.
• Develop key M&E consultants into a priority network.
• Analyse project strengths and weaknesses and promote LG unique selling points.
• Coordinate with main contractors to ensure LG brand inclusion in projects.
• Assist the sales team in preparing Green Mark calculations.
• Conduct new‑product introductions (NPI) for consultants and dealers.
• Submit weekly pipeline and project status reports.
• Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Deliver product presentations, seminars and training sessions to consultants and dealers.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, air‑conditioning, building services or specification sales.
• Knowledge of HVAC system design, air‑conditioning products and Green Mark requirements is a plus.
• Experience working with M&E consultants, main contractors or dealers is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
