Identity and Access Management Consultant (OIG/OIM) – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead end‑to‑end Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) implementations for complex enterprise environments. The consultant will work closely with clients to design, configure, and integrate identity and access management solutions that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle OIG projects, including hands‑on configuration, customization, and integration.
• Drive application onboarding for HR, ERP, CRM and custom applications using out‑of‑the‑box and custom connectors.
• Design and implement IGA use cases such as role‑based access control, role mining, user lifecycle management, access request workflows, and periodic access reviews.
• Troubleshoot and optimise OIG components, connectors, SOA workflows and scheduled jobs.
• Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure successful adoption.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience delivering OIG/OIM solutions in large‑scale enterprises.
• Strong analytical skills to map application requirements to OIG connectors and develop custom adapters.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required skills

• Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
• Java, Groovy or similar scripting languages.
• REST APIs, web services, event handlers, validation plugins.
• Oracle BI Publisher for audit reporting.
• Oracle SOA Suite – building composites and workflows.
• Identity Access Management concepts: RBAC, role mining, provisioning, de‑provisioning, access certification.
