Indoor Sales & Sales Coordinator (Junior)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Indoor Sales and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in clients, supporting our outdoor sales team and ensuring smooth order processing in a fast‑paced showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to all walk‑in customers.
• Liaise with internal departments to guarantee order fulfillment.
• Coordinate sales enquiries and orders with outdoor sales staff.
• Assist outdoor sales colleagues during their absence and handle showroom visits.
• Prepare quotations and invoices in collaboration with outdoor sales.
• Maintain the digital catalogue and keep stock inventory up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum "O" Level qualification.
• At least 1 year experience in renovation or interior‑design environments.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, able to communicate with Chinese‑speaking clients.
• Proactive, well‑groomed, friendly and able to work Saturdays (6‑day work week, Sunday off).
