Interior Fit-out Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Interior Fit‑out Site Supervisor to manage on‑site activities for interior fit‑out projects in Singapore. You will ensure that work is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations for interior fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, resolve on‑site issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Supervise subcontractors and manage site documentation.
• Conduct inspections to verify materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Support project handover by completing punch lists and ensuring compliance with local building and safety codes.

Required profile

• Strong site supervision and project coordination experience, especially in interior fit‑out works.
• Knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, finishes, and detailing for commercial, office, and residential projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, space plans, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
• Familiarity with Singapore building regulations, safety standards, and site compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and common construction‑related software.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Prior experience in interior fit‑out or renovation projects in Singapore or similar markets is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing project requirements.
