International Business Manager

About the role

YIBI Hantang is looking for an International Business Manager to support selected international fashion, beauty, fragrance and lifestyle brands as they explore cross‑border growth opportunities. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with brand executives and regional stakeholders to evaluate market potential and drive strategic expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify international brands with high cross‑border growth potential.
• Evaluate new market and category opportunities for selected brands.
• Support strategic discussions around China‑market development and regional expansion.
• Build relationships with brand executives, commercial teams, and regional partners.
• Conduct market and competitor assessments to inform business decisions.
• Assist in partnership development and early‑stage commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate cross‑market projects involving brand, category, and market‑development teams.
• Provide insights into regional business and consumer‑market dynamics.

Required profile

• Experience in international business, business development, market expansion, strategy or commercial development.
• Background in fashion, beauty, fragrance, lifestyle, retail or premium consumer brands is preferred.
• Strong commercial judgment and cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects across multiple markets.
• Excellent English communication skills.
