IT & AV Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT & AV Technician to support a fast‑paced, global environment that relies on high‑quality video conference rooms. You will ensure seamless audio‑visual experiences for thousands of users while managing inventory and asset workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inventory and asset management, including e‑recycling and conference‑room preventative maintenance.
• Maintain audio‑visual quality, troubleshoot issues, and respond to meeting‑room requests.
• Deploy and recover laptop and desktop images for end‑users.
• Provide support to over 70,000 worldwide users, from accessories to workstation setup.
• Use ticketing systems to log work, track SLA compliance, and report accomplishments.
• Utilize inventory‑data management software to keep records accurate and workflows efficient.
• Participate in large‑scale global projects as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of education and training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a large team and deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Strong decision‑making skills under competing priorities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives.
