About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented IT Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional technical support for our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly.
- Document solutions and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.
- Ensure security protocols are followed during support activities.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working with Windows and Office 365 environments.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.
