IT Support Engineer

About the role

The IT Support Engineer will provide first‑line technical assistance for client platforms, ensuring incidents are resolved quickly and service levels are maintained. This entry‑level position works closely with customers and internal teams in a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot client platform issues, delivering temporary or permanent resolutions.
• Respond to incidents, keep stakeholders updated, and document resolutions.
• Handle service requests, monitor agreed service levels, and produce regular status reports.
• Participate in platform implementation, upgrade and presales projects, including requirement gathering and design.
• Research and evaluate platform tools, provide technical advice, and manage change requests.
• Maintain system configurations and ensure compliance with facility management standards.
• Propose and implement action plans to meet service level agreements.

Required profile

• Good command of English for communication with various entities.
• Minimum qualification of NITEC or higher, with a solid interest in IT.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts and willingness to work in a healthcare setting.
• Comfortable receiving MMR and TDAP vaccinations (claimable).
• Fresh graduate or less than one year of relevant experience.
