Junior Campus Recruiter

About the role

As a Junior Campus Recruiter at EY, you will support the Campus Recruitment Lead in building EY’s talent pipeline from universities worldwide. You will help shape the employer brand, manage high‑volume hiring processes, and coordinate events that connect top graduates with our diverse business units.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Campus Recruitment Lead with on‑campus branding, marketing, and outreach initiatives.
• Identify and test new channels for attracting university talent.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment campaigns to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Evaluate and improve the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer and onboarding.
• Organise campus recruitment events, career fairs and related logistics.
• Handle candidate inquiries via phone, email and social media.
• Maintain hiring matrices and regular status reports.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business champions to understand talent needs.
• Coach and provide feedback to junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• At least 1 year of experience in mass recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role. Fresh graduates with internship experience are also welcome.
• Demonstrated experience managing high‑volume recruitment processes and graduate hiring.
• Proven ability to independently organise recruitment events or career fairs.
• Strong project‑management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
