Junior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our Singapore studio. You will work on the full spectrum of creative projects – from visual identity and packaging to campaigns, activations and brand guardianship – collaborating closely with Senior Designers and Design Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual identity, packaging, and campaign concepts for a diverse client portfolio.
• Challenge and enrich creative briefs to deliver insightful and inspirational solutions.
• Translate human insights into clear, single‑minded ideas with a distinct personality.
• Present concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Ensure every piece of work is crafted to perfection and moves people.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in brand design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple touchpoints.
• Keen eye for detail and excellent crafting skills.
• Ability to use deep human insights to drive creative excellence.
• Confident communicator who can present ideas clearly.
• Collaborative mindset, humility and a restless drive to improve.
