Junior DTP Graphic Designer – Full‑Time (5.5 days)

About the role

Join the DTP team at Print Lab as a Junior DTP Graphic Designer. You will be responsible for preparing, finalising, and managing print‑ready artwork from concept through production, ensuring all files meet technical specifications and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform colour correction and image enhancement for accurate print output.
• Prepare and edit artwork for digital, offset, and large‑format printing.
• Check and adjust colour profiles (CMYK), resolution, bleed, crop marks, and other print specifications.
• Create and modify existing artwork based on client requirements.
• Conduct pre‑flight checks and produce print‑ready files.
• Assist with simple mock‑ups and layout tasks.
• Liaise with Sales, Production, and Project teams to meet schedules.
• Troubleshoot file issues and maintain organised artwork archives.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Graphic Design, DTP, Visual Communication or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of printing or pre‑press experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
