Junior Experience Designer

About the role

As a Junior Experience Designer at Vertis Digital, you will support the creation of user‑centered digital experiences. Working under senior guidance, you will develop core UX and UI skills while contributing to real client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in conducting user research, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and simple prototypes.
• Apply accessibility and usability best practices.
• Develop high‑fidelity visual designs following brand guidelines.
• Prepare design assets and files for implementation.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into designs.
• Document and organise design work for team use.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in UX/UI, Experience or Product Design, or a strong portfolio as a fresh graduate.
• Attention to detail in layouts, typography, and interaction basics.
• Ability to incorporate user research insights and feedback.
• Reliable team contributor with clear handoff of design files.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and methods.
