Junior Graphic & Multimedia Designer

About the role

Join The Brewerkz Group’s creative team to support design across its portfolio of craft beer, modern Mexican, Asian dining and startup‑focused concepts. You will work closely with the Art Director and marketing team to bring brand stories to life on both print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt marketing collaterals across print and digital platforms (menus, posters, EDMs, social content).
• Create visual content for social media, including reels, short‑form videos, and website assets.
• Assist in food and lifestyle content shoots (photography/videography).
• Propose and develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure accuracy and timely execution of artwork across platforms.
• Manage vendor sourcing and coordination for print production and delivery.
• Stay updated on social and digital trends to enhance brand relevance.
• Provide general creative and administrative support for marketing projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Self‑driven, hands‑on, and passionate about F&B and lifestyle brands.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Working knowledge of motion/video tools – Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut.
• Strong understanding of social media formats and short‑form content creation.
• Good visual design sense and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress (bonus).
