Junior Project Manager, Commercial

About the role

EPOS, a leading provider of point‑of‑sale digital solutions backed by Ant International, is looking for a Junior Project Manager (Commercial Track) to join its EPOS Rewards team. In this role you will own end‑to‑end delivery for a portfolio of merchant clients while shaping the team’s project‑management processes, partnership governance and commercial models.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own and continuously improve the project‑management framework for the EPOS Rewards team, defining case assignment, tracking, escalation and hand‑over procedures.
• Manage a portfolio of merchant clients from scoping through go‑live and post‑launch hand‑over, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
• Implement and monitor merchant satisfaction mechanisms to drive service improvements.
• Govern commercial relationships with key platform partners, conduct regular business reviews, track joint KPIs and manage escalation trackers.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that expand the EPOS Rewards ecosystem.
• Analyse merchant usage patterns to validate new revenue streams and design retainer or managed‑service proposals.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product, key‑account and technical teams to maintain clear accountability for deliverables.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with a strong interest in project management and commercial operations.
• Experience managing client portfolios or delivering end‑to‑end projects in a B2B environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, drive process improvements and influence cross‑functional teams.
