Junior Tagetik Consultant – Finance Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Tagetik Consultant to join our Finance Transformation Business Unit. The role supports finance function transformation and performance management, working from design through to Go‑Live of statutory consolidation and reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise to IT and finance teams on finance transformation and performance management.
• Implement Tagetik consolidation and reporting solutions, from design to Go‑Live.
• Participate in scoping, business support and cost estimations for statutory reporting and consolidation projects.
• Develop and test solutions with limited supervision, ensuring reliability.
• Maintain client relationships and relay information to the project manager; may supervise junior consultants.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in a relevant business or finance discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting consolidation projects.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a client‑focused mindset.
• Interest in information systems, finance, and teamwork.
• Fluency in English is highly valued due to international projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tagetik.
• Experience with at least one consolidation tool such as SAP FC, Board Conso, Onestream, or Fluence.
