Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at MetaComp, you will help identify, engage and attract top talent across technology, product, compliance, finance, operations, sales and corporate functions. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to build pipelines, map talent markets and deliver qualified candidates for critical hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, GitHub and professional communities.
• Build proactive pipelines for current and future hiring needs and conduct market mapping for niche, hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
• Develop and maintain talent pools, keep candidate data up‑to‑date in the ATS and track sourcing metrics.
• Monitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks and competitor activities to provide market intelligence.

• Enjoys research, networking, employer branding and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with prospective candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
