Lead Client Account Manager (eCommerce) – Greater China Region

About the role

The Lead Client Account Manager for the Greater China region will own a portfolio of high‑value advertisers, driving sustainable revenue growth on Pinterest. You will combine commercial acumen, data‑driven storytelling and deep platform expertise to help clients achieve their business objectives while mentoring a team of account managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Client Account Managers to deliver best‑in‑class service.
• Own and execute strategic account plans for key Greater China export advertisers, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
• Build and deepen senior‑level relationships with flagship partners, acting as a trusted advisor on media strategy and performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams such as Engineering, Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy and Performance Solutions.
• Translate partner data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations that drive measurable outcomes.
• Become an expert on Pinterest campaign best practices, especially lower‑funnel and performance solutions, and provide optimization guidance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale advertising accounts in the eCommerce space.
• Strong commercial acumen with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and senior‑level relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of account professionals.
• Strategic thinker who can align client objectives with platform capabilities.
