Manager, Internal Communications & Engagement

About the role

Allkin Singapore is seeking a strategic, people‑centred Manager to lead internal communications and employee engagement, shaping how staff connect with the organisation’s mission, culture and priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an organisation‑wide internal communications strategy, editorial calendar and governance framework.
• Partner with senior leaders to craft leadership messages, town‑hall content, FAQs and other communication materials.
• Support culture transformation and change initiatives by translating strategies into compelling narratives.
• Lead employee engagement campaigns, storytelling, staff communications and two‑way feedback mechanisms.
• Create playbooks, toolkits and coach leaders to build internal communications capability.
• Manage internal channels such as SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, newsletters and monitor effectiveness through data and employee feedback.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Communications, HR, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, change management or similar roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, Teams and Viva Engage.
