Legal Associate – Litigation & Employment (Singapore)

About the role
Breakpoint LLC is seeking a Singapore‑qualified lawyer to join its disputes team as a Legal Associate. You will work on a diverse portfolio of cross‑border litigation and arbitration matters, as well as Singapore employment law issues.
Key responsibilities
- Handle general cross‑border litigation and arbitration, particularly in FMCG, technology, cryptocurrency and F&B sectors.
- Manage joint‑venture and shareholder disputes.
- Advise corporates and employees on both contentious and non‑contentious Singapore employment law matters.
Required profile
- Singapore qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience.
- Strong technical background in Singapore litigation and experience in SIAC arbitrations.
- Competent legal drafting abilities.
- Willingness to develop both hard and soft skills towards partnership.
