Legal Consultant – Digital Asset & Structured Products (Remote)

About the role

Axiom Talent Platform is seeking a Legal Consultant with expertise in digital assets, ECM and structured products to support a leading global fintech client. The role is fully remote and involves acting as the primary legal contact for innovative equity‑linked and tokenised securities solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice throughout the lifecycle of equities, tokenised securities and other structured products, from design to launch and exit.
• Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts.
• Collaborate with product, business, marketing and operations teams across multiple jurisdictions to structure initiatives and manage legal risk.
• Liaise with regulators on matters related to equities and tokenised securities.
• Manage external counsel, develop internal guidance, and create scalable legal processes and templates.

Required profile

• 5‑12+ years post‑qualification experience in structured products/ECM/derivatives or cryptocurrency/digital‑asset tokenisation, either in‑house or in private practice.
• Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work fully remotely.
