Legal Consultant – Digital Products & Structured Products (Remote)

About the role

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant with expertise in digital assets, ECM or structured products to support a global fintech client. The role is fully remote and involves advising on innovative equity‑linked solutions across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice for equities and structured/innovative products throughout design, launch, enhancement and exit phases.
• Draft, review and negotiate offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts.
• Collaborate with product, business, marketing and operations teams across multiple jurisdictions to structure initiatives and manage legal risk.
• Manage external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and develop scalable legal processes and templates.

Required profile

• 5‑12+ years post‑qualification experience in structured products/ECM/derivatives or broader capital markets, or cryptocurrency/digital‑asset/tokenisation product experience.
• Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Legal drafting and negotiation of offering documents, product terms and agreements.
• Knowledge of equities, structured products, derivatives and digital‑asset regulatory frameworks.
