Legal Consultant - Energy / Oil & Gas

About the role

We are hiring Legal Consultants specializing in Energy, Oil & Gas to support our Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate has at least four years of experience in the sector, either from private practice or an in‑house team, and will work remotely from Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal and business teams of F500 clients to achieve company objectives.
• Provide practical, commercially‑tailored legal advice on a wide range of energy and oil & gas matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on agreements related to bids, tenders, market entry, project financing, EPC contracts and other operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and maintain up‑to‑date documentation of regulatory requirements.
• Manage and resolve complex joint‑venture obligations to mitigate potential claims and risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of experience in the energy, oil & gas sector, gained in private practice or in‑house.
• Ability to work independently and support internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
