Legal Consultant - M&A

About the role

We are seeking experienced Legal Consultants with a focus on M&A to support our global Fortune 500 client. The role involves providing cross‑border legal and regulatory advice, leading corporate transactions, and handling fintech‑related matters such as data protection.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal and regulatory advice on cross‑border transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation and execution of transaction documents.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology agreements.
• Support fintech and technology‑related matters, including data protection, and manage external counsel when specialist advice is required.
