Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will coordinate warehouse customer service activities, ensuring accurate order processing, inventory management, and timely shipments. This role acts as the main liaison between customers, warehouse teams, and transport providers to guarantee seamless order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound warehouse orders accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and delivery with warehouse operations.
• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding order status, inventory enquiries, shipment arrangements, and service requests.
• Monitor inventory movements and maintain precise stock records.
• Prepare and verify delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and related documents.
• Arrange timely deliveries and collections with transport providers.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries, inventory discrepancies, delivery issues, and service problems.
• Ensure all transactions meet agreed service levels (SLAs).
• Support stock‑take activities and inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Transport, Sales, and Finance teams for smooth order fulfilment.
• Generate operational and customer service reports as required.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in warehousing, contract logistics, 3PL or freight forwarding.
• Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
