Logistics SaaS Platform Product Manager (PM)

About the role

Armor Bearer is building KNOCK, a global logistics SaaS platform that connects shippers and supply chains across multiple continents. We are seeking a hands‑on Product Manager to turn complex business needs into clear product specifications and help set the next worldwide standard for logistics automation.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve existing KNOCK services by analysing user feedback and data, fixing errors, and stabilising the system.
• Identify market trends and local requirements to propose and design new features from concept to detailed UI/UX specifications.
• Incorporate input from our entities in Korea, Singapore, Dubai, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan to create onboarding experiences that scale globally while respecting local nuances.
• Integrate generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude into research, prototyping and spec‑writing to accelerate product development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT product planning or product management.
• Proven ability to manage or operate a digital platform or enterprise system.
• Strong logical communication skills and flexibility in cross‑functional collaboration.
• Open to candidates with logistics, trade or customs experience who can translate domain knowledge into product specs.

Required skills

• Experience designing end‑to‑end platform flows and user journeys.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for product work.
