Logistics Supervisor – Warehouse & Logistics

About the role

Sanofi is seeking a dynamic Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and logistics operations at its Tuas manufacturing site in Singapore. You will ensure seamless inbound, top‑up, and outbound flows while upholding GMP, HSE, and Sanofi’s operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain 5S standards, cleanliness, and equipment reliability through preventive maintenance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors and 3PL providers, monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, and IT to ensure smooth production order processing.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on leader with proven experience managing warehouse or logistics teams.
• Strong understanding of GMP, HSE protocols, and pharmaceutical supply‑chain requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment and drive continuous improvement.
