About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves receiving, checking, picking, packing and preparing goods for delivery while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean, organised environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform picking and packing of goods according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
- Check incoming and outgoing goods for quantity, condition and accuracy.
- Receive, unload and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare goods and documentation for delivery and dispatch.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed.
- Ensure goods are properly packed, labelled and secured for transport.
- Conduct basic stock checks and inventory counts, reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and follow established procedures.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe at all times.
- Support general warehouse and logistics duties assigned by the supervisor.
