Demand and Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Demand and Supply Planner to manage supply chain resources and demand processes for our Singapore plants. You will balance demand and supply, support integrated business planning and contribute to cost‑effective operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage supply chain resources to meet customer service targets while minimizing operating costs and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Balance demand and supply on an annual to weekly basis, establishing factual bases for constrained supply determination.
• Execute Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes for assigned plants.
• Monitor planning effectiveness KPIs and drive improvement measures.
• Manage inventory to optimise Net Working Capital while maintaining service levels.

Required profile

• Diploma in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain management and production scheduling.
• Strong analytical abilities and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and resilience in a fast‑changing environment.
• Proficient knowledge of SAP and IBP R&S.
