Maintenance Technician - Intermediate

About the role

The Maintenance Technician – Intermediate is responsible for the safe, high‑quality maintenance, service and repair of a wide range of process equipment at ExxonMobil’s Singapore manufacturing complex. You will work on rotating machinery, major machines, hydraulic systems and fixed equipment while ensuring accurate documentation in SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, diaphragm & metering pumps, screw pumps, blowers, fans, oil‑mist and lubricant systems.
• Maintain major equipment such as centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, extruders, gas‑turbine generators and steam‑turbine drivers.
• Service hydraulic pumps, marine and truck loading arms, and hydraulic control systems.
• Repair and maintain process piping, valves, fixed equipment, utilities systems and loading/unloading structures.
• Record all work activities in the SAP application and support mechanical projects and plant modification initiatives.

Required profile

• Intermediate‑level experience in industrial maintenance within an oil, gas or petrochemical environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proven capability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
