Manager/Senior Manager – Risk Services, Sustainability & Climate Change Advisory

About the role

Join PwC’s Risk Services practice as a Manager or Senior Manager focused on Sustainability and Climate Change Advisory. You will work with a diverse team of experts to help clients navigate ESG regulations, build resilient business models, and embed sustainable practices across their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic ESG and sustainability advice to corporate, private‑equity and public‑sector clients.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to climate change, supply‑chain continuity, cybersecurity, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver holistic sustainability road‑maps, integrating technology, finance and data‑analytics insights.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a subject‑matter advisor.
• Lead multidisciplinary engagement teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery and alignment with client objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in risk services, sustainability consulting or related ESG advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of emerging sustainability regulations and climate‑related risk frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior business leaders.
• Demonstrated capability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
