Market Development Representative

About the role

Docusign is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive new business growth across its core vertical markets. This hybrid position blends outbound prospecting with strategic account research, offering a fast‑track entry into the SaaS sales arena.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send targeted emails to prospects in designated verticals.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives covering SMB, Mid‑Market, and Enterprise segments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and identify further sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with marketing to design email and LinkedIn campaigns that boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• Basic BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong communication, resilience, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Curious mindset with the capacity to translate business needs into solutions.
