Marketing Executive (B2B Fresh Produce)

About the role

Pancom Produce is seeking a Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales of fresh fruit and vegetable products across Singapore. The role focuses on acquiring bulk orders from commercial buyers, managing key accounts and ensuring product freshness throughout the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Secure consistent bulk orders from commercial buyers to increase B2B sales volume.
• Manage and nurture key account relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate with import procurement teams to align supply with customer demand and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure efficient handling and rapid turnover of inventory.
• Implement dynamic daily pricing strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
• Monitor inventory conditions to maintain cold‑chain freshness and minimise produce spoilage.

Required profile

• Prior buying or supply experience in supermarket retail trade is advantageous.
• Strong IT literacy with ability to analyse data and prepare presentations.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, meticulous, with solid analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
