Marketing Manager – Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the execution of our digital marketing strategy, focusing on social media campaigns and lead generation. The role will build a consistent online presence and deliver measurable pipeline outcomes for key programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end campaigns across digital channels, primarily LinkedIn, targeting lead generation, recruitment support and brand visibility.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, maintain a content calendar and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
• Develop content in various formats – thought leadership, educational material, internal branding – coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Support the creation of lead‑generation funnels, track performance metrics such as leads, conversion rates and ROI, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business units and programme owners to align campaigns with business priorities and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, insurance or professional services; fresh graduates with relevant experience may apply.
• Proven experience in social media campaign execution, digital lead generation and content‑driven marketing.
• Strong execution capability, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset with basic analytics skills.
