About the role

Assist the Project Manager, Construction and M&E Manager, and M&E Engineer in managing and executing M&E works to ensure the project meets authority requirements, consultant design, safety, quality and schedule.

Key responsibilities

Supervise M&E works including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical power & lighting, earthing, lightning protection, extra low voltage systems, lift installation and fire alarm.
Coordinate M&E activities with construction teams, clients, building professionals and subcontractors.
Monitor project status, site progress and update the project schedule.
Provide solutions for on‑site M&E issues and prepare records of site events, activities and inspection reports.

Required profile

Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience as an M&E Site Supervisor on industrial projects.
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

Interpretation of M&E drawings, method statements and inspection/test plans.
Competency in MS Office.
