Merchandiser – Collection Planning for Men’s & Unisex Fashion

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to lead collection planning for men’s and unisex fashion lines. You will shape merchandising strategies, drive assortment mix, and translate market insights into compelling product offerings across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute men’s and unisex merchandising strategies to boost business growth.
• Build assortment mix strategies based on brand direction, market trends, and commercial needs.
• Contribute to creative development of collections, including product design direction, concept planning, and assortment planning.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to guide pricing and merchandising decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Branding, Design, Merchandise Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Communicate merchandising vision and initiatives to internal stakeholders and handle ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising or collection planning.
• Analytical and data‑driven mindset with a strong focus on results.
• Experience in regional markets is a plus.
