Network Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Network Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. You will help build and maintain resilient, cloud‑based and software‑defined network infrastructure using technologies such as SD‑WAN, ACI and NSX.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, operate and optimise modernised and virtualised network infrastructure to ensure scalable, sustainable and secure operations.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, reference models and guidelines that improve security, resiliency and scalability.
• Evaluate and deploy network technologies that meet user needs and align with industry developments.
• Provide network consultation to project teams, collaborate with stakeholders and resolve technical issues to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in network design, implementation or operations (candidates without experience may be considered for training).
• Strong communication, systematic problem‑solving and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn and capable of handling minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, routing, DHCP, DNS and VPN technologies.
• Experience with campus and data‑centre switches, routers, load balancers, firewalls and network‑management tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and automation using Ansible, Python or PowerShell.
• Understanding of storage networking and software‑defined networking (SD‑WAN, ACI, NSX).
• Optional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or VCP, and exposure to Git, Terraform and Kubernetes.
